• Represent a unified voice for the Visayan-speaking community, to the Australian community as a whole
  • Promote activities  that will enhance the physical, mental and social well-being of the members of the Visayan-speaking community
  • Preserve and enrich the cultural heritage and identity of the Visayan-speaking group though its interaction with other Filipino cultural groups and the wider Australian community
  • Sponsor activities that will encourage friendship and camaraderie with other Filipino associations and similar Australian ethnic associations
  • Provide assistance and contact points for new arrival immigrants in whatever manner possible
  • Provide support and assistance to members of the association and their immediate families in time of need, suffering, sickness, and death
  • Provide assistance to charitable organisations and other groups promoting worthwhile activities
  • Afford members a chance for equal leadership development opportunities in the association
